Yu Wan Wan is reading a novel when she somehow enters it. She is now the heroine of the story, intending to marry Yan An Tang, the male lead of the story — ending the story with a kiss. Only by kissing the male lead is it possible for her to go back to the real world.
But something goes wrong with the script, and she ends up entangled with the male lead's illegitimate half-brother, Chi Han, the villain of the story. He believes she is a spy planted at his brother's side by the Emperor so at the wedding, he snatches away the bride. Preventing them from kissing and thereby ending the story.
Dealing with this dangerous villain scares Yu Wan Wan, but when she realizes that she has the “aura” of the heroine, not only preventing him from killing her but also making him obey her only by saying “Please”, a whole different story starts to unfold. But despite having the upper hand in regards to the villain, obtaining a kiss from this madman’s brother proves more difficult than expected, and it doesn’t get any easier when feelings start to get in the way.
